COVID-19 Policy & Procedures
We will continue to follow the guidelines of the CDC as well as State & Local guidelines in response to COVID-19.
This list of measures are not all-inclusive, and will be adjusted accordingly as new guidance is published:
- Class sizes limited to not exceed 6 students (no real change on our end, as we specialize in private lessons for individuals anyway);
- For small groups (not to exceed 6 students at a time), training will be limited to those within family / peer units that already have close contact to one another (again, no real change);
- As much as practical, I will maintain a 6-foot separation from the students. Understand, however, that while coaching on the firing line or during dry-fire drills this distancing will not be possible. If you are not comfortable with this, you will need to bring your own mask;
- Anyone with symptoms of illness, especially those associated with COVID-19, will not be admitted (fever; cough; chest congestion). If you are not feeling well, or have had recent contact with anyone not feeling well, please re-schedule your session;
- Classroom training will be suspended until further notice. All training will be conducted on an open-air range, with surfaces cleaned/sanitized using CDC recommended products to extent practical before and after each class or session;
- Porta-potties cleaned before & after each class or range session using CDC recommended products;
- All training aids (dummy rounds, wound packing trainers, tourniquets, etc) cleaned before & after handling using CDC recommended products, to the extent practical;
- Handwashing station with soap & water available.
